Inteledyne
How we work

Consulting projects drift when nobody owns the architecture.

Every Inteledyne engagement has one named principal who owns the design from the first assessment to the handover. The team around that lead grows and shrinks with the work.

Who is on your engagement

One accountable lead. A team sized to the work.

A two-week assessment might be the lead alone. A platform build adds architects, engineers, program management and partner capacity, all under the same lead's review.

Engagement lead

One named principal architect, accountable for the architecture and the outcome. Runs the quarterly executive checkpoint.

Principal

Practice architects

Own the design inside one practice area: data platform, AI, cloud or delivery. Review RFCs, design documents and vendor proposals.

Principal or senior architect

Delivery engineers

Build alongside your engineers: pipelines, infrastructure, agents, CI/CD. Every implementation is reviewed by the lead.

Cloud, data and AI engineers

Program & operations

Cadence, risk log, status reporting and the governance that keeps a multi-team engagement on track.

Program manager

Build capacity

Implementation at scale through our development partner, Reenbit, under Inteledyne architectural oversight.

Partner team
The engagement

How an engagement runs, from baseline to handover.

The steps are the same whether the engagement is a two-week review or a year-long build. Only the depth changes.

01

Assess

Weeks 1–2

Stakeholder interviews, system inventory, billing and incident review. You get a written baseline of what the data layer costs and where it is fragile.

02

Design

After the baseline

Reference architecture, decision records and target-state diagrams your engineers can build from, with the trade-off behind each decision stated.

03

Build

As scoped

Delivery engineers work inside your repositories and ceremonies. The engagement lead reviews implementations and keeps the design intact as it meets reality.

04

Hand over

Every quarter

Each quarter you decide to renew, close or hand off. Closing means documented decisions, runbooks and a structured transition to your team or a new hire.

Principles

What you can hold us to.

The architects write code

Our principals build in the same engagements where they design. Architecture that has never met implementation misleads the teams that follow it.

Every decision is written down

Decision records, stated assumptions and the trade-off underneath each recommendation. Your team can defend the design after we leave.

A principal leads every engagement

Delivery staff work under a named principal's review. You always know who is accountable.

Executives get a plain answer

Each quarter, technical posture is translated into cost, risk and the next decision, in language a board can act on.

Straight answers on fit

The first conversation is free. If we are the wrong firm for the problem, we say so and name someone we would trust with it.

Built to outlast us

Engagements end with the architecture owned by your team, documented and running.

Delivery at scale

When the build needs more hands than your team has.

Architecture, design and accountability stay with Inteledyne's principals, onshore. When an engagement needs implementation at scale, our development partner, Reenbit, builds under Inteledyne architectural oversight. The senior judgment you hired stays attached to the work the whole way through.

Bring us the problem you can already name.

The first conversation is free. If we are the right firm for it, we propose a scope in writing. If we are not, we tell you who to call.
